Extraction, isolation, purification and structure of a new polysaccharide from Hypomesus olidus

Polysaccharides are biologically active macromolecules, which were widely found in plants, microorganisms, animals and other organisms. Polysaccharide, which was isolated and purified, will play an important role on research on activity, the nature and structure of polysaccharides. A large number of researches on marine organisms show that glycosaminoglycans in marine bodies have antitumor (Takaya Y et al., 1994), anticoagulants (Mauro S G Pavao et al., 1998), antiproliferative (Yang W et al., 2012), immune function (Kozarski M et al., 2011) and other bioactivies.
