ABSTRACT
The existing methods basically used adopt a method of whole process of workpiece. It’s easy to cause damage to the workpiece itself. Therefore, we use image processing technology, based on machine vision, to detect burrs on the workpiece. This method has fast detection speed and is strongly accurate. Meanwhile, the algorithm can be used to detect a deburred workpiece to judge its deburring effect.
