ABSTRACT
Nowadays, with the rapid development of computer technology, electronic information science, the sensor technology is in the rapid development accordingly. The information obtained from multi-sensor system is increasing rapidly, which presents diversity and complexity, and information processing method of the past cannot be able to satisfy this new situation, and new methods and technologies must be studied to solve the new problems (Chen 2010).
