ABSTRACT
For the active and reactive power decoupling problem of doubly-fed generator system, there is a large number of literature on it. The literature (Liu et al. 2010), respectively, using sliding mode control, the resistance to disturbance control, fuzzy control and double pulse width transformer, vector control, etc., method, has strong robustness but fluctuations. Only under the condition of considering the power grid voltage stability, the results have limitations (Zhao et al. 2006).
