ABSTRACT

The SnO2 gas sensor has features of high sensitivity, fast response time, fast recovery time and long-term stability. Because of its excellent performance, low cost, they are widely used in daily life and industrial production. However, due to the serious consequences of gas leakage misstatement, omission, so people’s requirement for its performance, life, reliability is also growing. How to quickly and accurately obtain the reliability indices of SnO2 gas sensor become an urgent problem to be solved. The reliability of SnO2 gas sensor is low, traditional test methods typically require more test samples and a longer test period, in order to quickly assess their reliability and shorten the product development cycle and reduce the development costs, need to adopt the Accelerated Testing (Accelerated Testing, AT) technology.
