ABSTRACT
In 1974, Fleming first proposed terahertz (THZ), which is the electromagnetic wave whose frequencies range from 0.1 THz to 10 THz and wavelength is between 0.03 mm and 3mm (Yang, Dai, YiZhan, Wang, Wu, Xu, & Lin (2014). It connects electronics and shimmer macroscopic photon science and has many excellent characteristics. With the development of society and advanced technology, the research on terahertz has received worldwide attention.
