ABSTRACT

There are advantages of positive pressure dense phase fluidization storehouse pump pneumatic ash removal system to other conventional dilute phase bin pump system with low flow rate, ash gas ratio (BROCKS M 2005, DING Yanfeng 2006, HANG Biao 1984). The parameters of positive pressure dense phase fluidized pneumatic ash removal system is determined the calculation method based on suspension type of dilute phase positive pressure pneumatic conveying system, Then flow rate, ash gas ratio and other important parameters selected are still dependent on experience, so calculation’s error relatively large makes engineering design and operation management uncertain (LIN Zhaofu 2002). In this paper, the calculation model of positive pressure dense phase fluidization storehouse pump pneumatic ash removal system was established. It gives the system design parameters of power system economic conditions in the pneumatic conveying, and through the CFX software to do a numerical simulation for the high concentration gas solid two phase flow, obtains the optimal economic speed under certain conditions(LIU Zongming & YUE Yunlong & LI Haidong,et al 2003).
