ABSTRACT
University Library as an organic part of colleges and universities are responsible for the preservation of literature information and transfer of education. Broadly speaking, university libraries are institutions for information transmission, spreading, processing, research and development. University libraries in the environment of information society are faced with unprecedented competition and challenges, and how making customer satisfied and attract more users to use library resources is an urgent problem that many libraries and librarians are facing.
