ABSTRACT
Hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) and Ethyl silicate (TEOS) were supplied by Sinopharm Chemical Reagent limited Corporation. Tri-block copolymer poly(ethylene oxide)-poly (propylene oxide)-poly(ethylene oxide) (P123) was purchased from Sigma-Aldrich. APTES was got from Alfa Aesar Company. Rhodamine B was provided by Aladdin industrial Corporation. Phosphoric acid was offered by Tianjin Fengchuan Chemical Reagent Science and Technology Company Limited. Tetrahydrofuran (THF) was supplied by Tianjin Tianda Chemical Experiment Factory. Ethanol was got from Tianjin Beichen Fangzheng Reagent Factory. All the materials were all A.R. grade.
