ABSTRACT
Vulcan XC-72 carbon was obtained from Cabot Company (Boston, USA). PdCl2 was purchased from Sinopharm Chemical Reagent Co., Ltds. (Shanghai, China). All other reagents were analytical grade. All the aqueous solutions were prepared with triply distilled water.
