ABSTRACT
The composites of samples were characterized by FTIR (JASCO FT/IR-4200). The surface morphologies and crystal structures were investigated by AFM (Agilent-5600LS) and SEM (JSM6700F).
3 RESULTS AND DISCUSSION
The c-BN contains atomic bonding of sp3 while h-BN is with that of sp2. Relevant researches[7] have confirmed that infrared sensitivity factors of c-BN and h-BN are close, so volume fraction of c-BN in BN films could be expressed as Eq. (1).
