1 INTRODUCTION
Environmental protection refers to the general term that describes a variety of actions, which human beings take to solve realistic or potential environmental problems, to coordinate the relationship between human and environment, and to guarantee the sustainable development of economic society. It is involved in many fields such as natural science and social science, and its unique research object. Environmental protection is to prevent environmental pollution and destruction through reasonably using natural resources, to achieve the balance between the natural environment, cultural environment and economic environment, as well
Amateur Athletic Federation (IAAF) standards, and pass the tests by the Athletic Field Synthetic Materials Testing Center of China Athletic Association and National Sports Goods Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. It has become dedicated products of China Athletic Association with advanced performance and high quality. On July 1, 2004, R (ZEPHYR) prefabricated environmental protection rubber running track became the only dedicated product of running track of China having the qualification for bidding for 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, marking China has the technology of running track up to international level [1] (2004 (9), R (ZEPHYR) series products of prefabricated environmental protection rubber running track has been certified by the IAAF-The running track products of China first won the qualification for bidding for the Olympic Games). In recent years, with the rapid development and needs of economy and culture in various regions of China, series products of prefabricated environmental protection rubber running track are brought to market comprehensively.
