ABSTRACT

According to the Sustainable Utilization Plan for the Water Resources of Tongliao (March 2003), the groundwater was evaluated from terrain, river system, and administrative partition, and Jarud was divided into three parts: the upstream water supply area of Huolin River, the tributary water supply area of Wu Li Ji Mu Ren River, and the water supply area of Wu Li Ji Mu Ren River. The comprehensive water supply from the upstream water supply area of Huolin River was 97.2 million m3, the supply modulus was 23, 000 m3/a ⋅ km2, the available exploitation quantity was 48.6 million m3, and the available exploitation modulus was 11, 500 m3/a ⋅ km2; the comprehensive water supply from the tributary water supply area of Wu Li Ji Mu Ren River was 174.6 million m3, the supply modulus was 80, 200 m3/a ⋅ km2, the available exploitation quantity was 69.8 million m3, the available exploitation modulus was 32, 100 m3/a ⋅ km2; the comprehensive water supply from the water supply area of Wu Li Ji Mu Ren River was 166.5 million m3, the supply modulus was 92, 000 m3/a ⋅ km2, the available exploitation quantity was 91.6 million m3, and the available exploitation modulus was 50,600 m3/a ⋅ km2. The comprehensive groundwater supply for Jarud was 438.3 million m3 according to the plan; the average comprehensive supply modulus was 25, 500 m3/a ⋅ km2, inclined to be lower compared with the supply modulus (30,400 m3/a ⋅ km2) calculated in the summaries. The groundwater characteristic parameters corresponded to the local topographical conditions. In this study, the actual water resources divisions of the local place were seriously considered when the results of Inner Mongolia were designed. In the project areas, Ba Yan Bao Li Gao Village, Yongle Village, Xiangshan Village, and Hanshan Village of Xiangshan Town belong to the tributary water supply area of Wu Li Ji Mu Ren River, and other villages were distributed in the water supply area of Wu Li Ji Mu Ren River; the supply modulus was 80200 m3/a ⋅ km2 in the tributary water supply area of Wu Li Ji Mu Ren River and 92, 000 m3/a ⋅ km2 in the water supply area of Wu Li Ji Mu Ren River, respectively; the available exploitation modulus was 32, 100 m3/a ⋅ km2 in the tributary water supply area of Wu Li Ji Mu Ren River and 50,600 m3/a ⋅ km2 in the water supply area of Wu Li Ji Mu Ren River. After analysis and calculation, the perennial groundwater resource quantity at an average was 90.4982 million m3 in the project areas, and the available exploitation quantity was 48.1743 million m3. The calculation results are shown in Table 1.
