ABSTRACT

Most literature of the evaluation of ecosystem services is based on land use and landscape information (e.g., Estoque et al. 2013; Gret-Regamery et  al. 2008; Kroll et  al. 2012), while focusing on the value range and its changes (e.g. Kong et  al. 2007; Liu et  al. 2012). Less literature focuses on the relationships between ecosystem services value and population density or economic growth. To integrate ecosystem services study into practical decision-making such as urban planning and land use management, we must consider the relationships between ecosystem services value and social and economic factors such as population, gross domestic production, and so on (Wu et al. 2013).
