ABSTRACT

ABSTRACT: The consumption safety of children’s suit has attracted more and more attention. The requirement on consumption safety has become increasingly strict. The risk identification for children’s sport suits in product lifecycle will play an important role in the research on the quality safety. The hazard of children’s sport suits in the design phase is identified in scenario analysis method, and an integrated list of hazard identification for children’s sport suits on the design phase is set up. The hazard in the manufacturing phase is identified in adoption of safety checklist method based on the manufacture process flow, for the main purpose of finding out the hazard caused by the failure of design realization due to the negligence in operation and management during the manufacturing process. The hazards in packaging phase and logistics phase are identified in adoption of what-if analysis method and hazard & operability research method respectively. The failure mode (hazard) information of consumption goods is obtained in failure-mode effect analysis method based on hierarchy analysis and moreover, failure tree method is taken for finding out the ultimate reason and trigger condition of accident. On recovery phase, what-if analysis method is employed for analyzing the potential hazard to the environments caused by improper treatment method of the material of consumption goods.
