ABSTRACT

ABSTRACT: The risk management of building construction is to adjust and control all risk factors influencing separate goals in the process of achieving the overall goal. By dividing the risk management into the risk management of quality, schedule and cost, the article establishes relevant quantitative indicators for the “three key objectives” risk control measures based on catastrophe progression method and build up the evaluation system for every independent risk management. Combined with the examples analysis, the system sorts the indicators in accordance with importance relying on their internal logic relations, classifies the relevant critical point via potential function and judges the stability and instability as well as gradients and mutation conditions of indicators. Completing construction risk management evaluation and optimizing construction programs, the system provides scientific analysis model for the risk management of construction.
