ABSTRACT
ABSTRACT: Basing on the research of 219 old industrial buildings, this paper summarizes the characteristics of these old industrial buildings in three areas: structural reliability, construction time and structure type. It also analyzes the potential risks in this type of buildings and builds a disaster index system. Finally, a model used to evaluate the disaster crisis grade is put forward. It can provide reference for the future disaster prevention and mitigation.
