ABSTRACT

ABSTRACT: In China, mortgage market of the right to use sea area is flourishing, but RTUSA mortgage traders are bearing higher risks. This paper analyzes the main subjective and objective risk factors in China RTUSA mortgage market as well as their causes and, on basis of actual conditions, puts forward such risk aversion measures as strengthening sea area evaluation system, perfecting RTUSA registration system, promoting RTUSA transfer market, and introducing the risk assignment mechanism in practice.
