ABSTRACT: At present, the creative industry park pattern occupies a large proportion of the renovation of old industrial buildings. In order to avoid developers investing creative industry park following suit, the thesis is based on a case of transforming an old steel mill into a creative industry park, analysis the existing risk factors of creative industry park project of the BOT mode; Using the ROI, NPV, real option theory, the financial profit ability and anti-risk ability of the old steel mill renovation project are calculated, providing the basis for old industrial buildings to transform into creative industry park under BOT mode in the future.
