ABSTRACT

ABSTRACT: To explore disasters with a series of derived disaster events, a general evolving model of comprehensive disaster complicated with a series of disasters was constructed and the evolving model of snow disasters in South China in 2008 was proposed. Node eigenvalue and critical value in evolving model were analyzed and the evolution characteristics, total loss degree, change rate of loss and influence of key nodes in the evolving model were investigated. Results showed that the node weight had normal distribution, and the link weight was reduced as the weight of connected nodes. The process of total loss degree changing with time in the model was divided into three stages, latent period, eruptive period and stationary period. Key nodes just as derived disaster events had decisive influence on total loss degree in entire evolving model of comprehensive disaster.
