ABSTRACT
It is known that influence of the concentrated energy streams on crystal structures by the corpuscular or laser radiation leads to formation of dot defects, thus their concentration can surpass equilibrium concentration considerably. The main mechanism of a relaxation of Meta stable ensembles of such defects is the nucleation and clustering, and, in particular, formation of pores from oversaturated solution of vacancies [1]. Formation of pores can lead to changing of material mechanical properties, and also its volume.
