ABSTRACT

One of the main existing hypotheses about the nanomaterial formation is based on the interatomic interaction of input components and their amount. It means that one of the main tasks is the development of diagnostic methods, which will allow to controls intermediate and final results in the creation of new materials. The main role in the diagnostics of materials belongs to X-ray methods. In this connection, the development of the method of X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) becomes urgent indeed [1].
