ABSTRACT
In view of frequent urban water crisis and internal waterlogging, poor drainage and accumulated dirt for many years are to become a threat to people’s livelihood in China that we visited some American cities such as Chicago, Dallas, Miami, San Antonio to learn from their lessons and found that many factories in these cities have moved away from the urban water area, so that pleasant water landscape makes the city become beautiful blue economic zone. China should learn the experience from the United States in protecting urban water area to improve national happiness.
