ABSTRACT
ABSTRACT: The traditional typology of Chilean bridges mainly consists of multi-span bridges with girder superstructure. This type of bridge is economical and quick to build, becoming the most used typology because of favorable geographical conditions of the north and center south of the country, where there aren’t deep and extensive spans.
