Indirect speech acts applied to the multimedia assisted college English listening teaching

The listening and speaking ability is very important in English study. College English teaching should not only meet the needs of the social development, but also the requirement of the students. All the college students in China want to pass the CET 4 and CET 6, however, listening is a big obstacle for them. As English teachers, we should put more emphasis on cultivating the listening ability in order to improve their pragmatic ability.
