ABSTRACT
At low magnication (20×), the capillary abnormalities that characterize psoriasis are evident as an extensive array of red dots and globules. At higher magnications, they appear as multiple interfollicular twisted capillary loops. is pattern is not limited to the scalp areas with evident scaling; it is also evident on the apparently noninvolved scalp. e number of twisted capillary loops correlates with disease severity.
