ABSTRACT

Juan Ang (2013) points out that it will have a significant impact on the reform of educational and learning methods that educational games coincide with the new curriculum concept with the ideology of “teaching through lively activities” [1]. The educational field of this paper is English teaching. However, there is a great variety of English educational games on the market, eects of which have certain defects. Therefore, it is quite necessary to master design principles and methods of educational games and integrate educational games with practical teaching.
