ABSTRACT

Generally speaking,  both uncertainties and certainties can aect the portfolio evaluation results while the uncertainties can only be evaluated by fuzzy evaluation method. An innovative fuzzy evaluation method is proposed in this section. Every objective is evaluated separately. Membership function and fuzzy matrix are set consecutively. After fuzzy calculation, quantitative evaluation results and the results from evaluation function are integrated. Then the final comprehensive value is given. The starting point of this algorithm design is to achieve balance in subjective evaluation and objective evaluation. The main procedures are described in detail as following:

Step 1: The factors, namely the contents which are to be evaluated, are listed according to their attributes, such as performance, standard, circumstances, etc. Secondary or third-level evaluation factors can also be set if necessary. They are ladder-related. Define the evaluation factors set as A.
