ABSTRACT

With the fossil energy increasingly declining and the environment climate deteriorating, exploration of a clean and renewable energy resource will be the main task in the world. Wind, solar, hydroelectric plants, and so on became the hot researching areas with the merit of being inexhaustible and pollution free [1] [2]. Dierent kinds of renewable energy sources have nature complementarities in various periods and regions. The wind and PV hybrid energy complemental generation systems can avoid the dependence of seasons and can also reduce the influence of seasonal load. They can significantly reduce the energy storage by rationally allocating the proportion of new energy resources in the o-grid state, when compared with the single power generation mode.
