ABSTRACT
At present, domestic and foreign scholars have made a number of denoising methods, such as median filtering[3], mean filtering, selective masking smoothing denoising algorithm and so on. The median filter algorithm can effectively restrain salt and pepper noise as well as having high efficiency of computation. But it cannot completely filter out the noise and restore image edge information from highly corrupted images [4]. The mean filtering algorithm is simple and easy to implement, but images’ pixels are taken as the average pixel leaving the field to blur the image [5] which has great limitations. Although other algorithms, such as selective masking smoothing denoising algorithm, which are improved on the basis of the mean denoising, denoising effect is still not ideal.
