ABSTRACT

In the 21th century, traditional power distribution network technologies fail to meet the needs of industry and life with the improvement of people’s living standard, the enhancement of industrial technologies and the rapid development of economy. However, the technology of smart power distribution network experiences a qualitative leap with the development of computer technology and communication technology. Electric power sectors have conducted upgrading and reconstruction of smart power distribution network based on the original power distribution network at the end of the 20th century. Power grid planning in China is not perfect and the overall and superior consciousness is not strong enough. Only geology and material cost are taken into account in power distribution network planning of industry and life. Monitoring on power grid operation and operating data of the system is not taken into account. Therefore, it is of vital importance for us to carry out a study on the planning and construction of smart power distribution network.
