ABSTRACT
Attempts of classification of vascular disorders are a long story. We tried to adhere on the last classification (ISSVA, 2014), centered on the involved vessels, but conversely, the large use of eponyms and the frequent overlap (clinical, anatomic and functional) render this effort often misleading and confuse, with the result that a logic and useful classification is still unavailable.
