ABSTRACT

Accommodation means regulating the internal structure of the body to adapt to the specific situation of a process. When an individual meets the new stimulus that cannot be assimilated by the existing schema, it will have to modify or rebuild the original schema to adapt to the new environment, which is the process of accommodation. Objectively, without accommodation, there is no development. No knowledge can exist without the assimilation and accommodation of knowledge schema. Knowledge is not only the cognitive schemata accommodating to the external objects, but also outside objects assimilating to the cognitive schema (Yu Wensen; 2009).
