ABSTRACT
Second, it is teachers’ own professional development that is required. As a professional, the developmental connotation of a teacher is multifaceted and covers many fields. Unlike the one-off shaping of industrial products, teacher training is a longterm learning process because the society keeps developing and new technologies and new modes of training emerge constantly, all of which requires that the vocational college teachers improve their professional competence.
