The dominant structure of teaching relationship is made up of the morphology of teaching and learning, the educated, educators, teaching content and teaching methods. The hidden structure of teaching relationship is made up of the relationship about human, knowledge and culture. As a unity, the relationship between teaching and learning reflects the particularity and the universal nature of higher education. Different teaching relationship is exactly different social forms, can’t be separated from the teaching and learning morphology. Educational activities change with the hierarchical or substantial changes of educators, the educated, teaching content and teaching means [1].
