ABSTRACT

Windows 2008 Server 64-bit systems. The database is Oracle’s latest version of 11 g. Oracle database. This database has the advantages of availability, good expansibility and high data security, strong stability. In the data management, Oracle can easily achieve data store technology. Software system structure is generally divided into C/S and B/S structure. Compared with C/S structure, B/S structure, as shown in Figure 1, which we have used has lower client coupling. Whatever operating system we have used, we can land on LAN as long as you install IE6.0 and up version. B/S which runs faster keeps the focus on the server, and what main computation and data operation are completed at. The programming language which the system used is Java, which has a series of characteristics such as efficient interpretation and execution, safety and neutral system construction, transplant and efficient, multi-thread and distribution. 1 INTRODUCTION

Testing laboratory is an independent setup where scientific research, technology developement and product identification are undertaken. It is an important carrier where many advanced equipment are used. With the development and expansion of testing center’s laboratory, the number of equipment is increasing, and also the equipment update is speeding up. As the hardware conditions and test environment have been improved, the laboratory testing capability has been enhanced, which indirectly promoted the improvement of the test level of the whole industry. However, the traditional equipment management methods lack effective management platform, dynamic monitoring and tracking means, and are also short of communication and sharing mechanism. The management of instruments and equipment usually has the problems of inefficiency, monitor traceability mismanagement, etc. Based on these problems, an equipment testing laboratory information management platform, using information technology tools instead of manual operation, achieves that laboratory’s overall monitor and dynamic management of the equipment operational state on the internal network. The platform saved time, human and material resources, improved the laboratory’s management capacity and service level.
