ABSTRACT
To solve this “double lack” problem, the DTS teaching model should be further researched. Study on the tutor system has positive role for promoting the integration of undergraduate tutor system and the credit system teaching mode. With the expansion of college enrollment, the tutor system has been unable to meet the teaching needs, innovation mentor system, adopt the DTS for the whole of the student counseling, help students to establish correct professional thinking, forming a full education atmosphere and promote the improvement of teaching quality. The reform of undergraduate tutor system will increase the enterprise joint efforts and the cooperation between college and enterprise collaborative innovation, contribution to training has certain innovation ability first applied talents for local economic construction.
