ABSTRACT
Modern ink paintings are distinct from ancient ink paintings (such as those in Tang, Song, Ming and Qing dynasties) or paintings by Chen Shizeng, Qi Baishi and Huang Binhong or even ink paintings in 1980s. As time goes by, modern ink paintings have been added with something new, while have lost and vanished something.
