ABSTRACT
It is commonly agreed that we are in the era of big data (BD), and it is highlighted in a statement from the United Nations that “the world is experiencing a data revolution” (UN Global Pulse 2012). BD is characterized by 3Vs: high volume, high velocity, and high variety (Laney 2001).
