ABSTRACT
The continuous development of advanced education calls for an increasingly improved teaching quality, so the top priority for teachers is to improve the teaching quality. The long-term school development cannot be realized without the support of the improved teaching quality. In this sense, it is important to promote the teaching reform and improve the teaching quality. This is to be done by proactively exploring the unbiased and eective method to evaluate the teaching quality, and building up a scientific and reinforced system to evaluate and monitor the teaching quality.
