ABSTRACT
According to the statistics of MIIT (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology), the number of China’s mobile phone users amounts more than 1.1 billion. With the popularity of mobile phones, mobile phone charger has become one of the commonly used appliances. Although the power of each phone charger is small, but considering such large number of chargers, the impact on the grid cannot be overlooked.
