Choosing a method for generating one-time passwords and an information transport technology in the authentication system for ACS

In modern access control systems (ACSs), the procedure of authentication when entering a building is generally implemented by means of electronic security checkpoints in the form of turnstiles, threepods, or gates with built-in controllers and proximity card readers (Shelupanov et al. 2009). This allows one to control the access to the building in the most convenient way as well as to log the sta working time.
