ABSTRACT
Traditional technology of X-ray imaging is based on dierent X-ray absorption of dierent biological tissues, also known as the absorption contrast imaging. This kind of technique can present clear images if the tested tissues are with significant dierence in density, such as bones and muscles. But according to the theory, it can’t give clearer result when densities are similar. Recently, the phase change of X-ray through biological tissues has been used to image, which is called phase imaging and can be used for biological tissues with similar destiny.
