ABSTRACT

Gronski [6-8] et al have used proven its reliability for elastomeric materials. The measurement of crosslink density by NMR is based upon the analysis of shape and time constant of the magnetization decay of the hydrocarbon protons obtained by spin-echo measurements [9]. The interpretation of the data is based on a modified single chain model, where the protons of the hydrocarbon chain are used as probes for the NMR measurements. This model was successfully tested earlier [10].
