ABSTRACT

Research of the condensed phases containing stable radicals, by means of radiospectroscopy represents a method of paramagnetic sounding. This method (using iminoxyl radicals) allowed to set the mechanism of interaction of antigenes with antibodies in case of study of immune gamma globulins, particularly structural transitions in biological membranes, to

study the structure of some model systems. It is shown that certain derivatives of iminoxyl radicals have low toxicity and exhibit a relatively high antileukemic activity, greatest quantities were observed for the inhibition ratios hemocytoblasts in peripheral blood, bone marrow, and during chemotherapy of certain cancers.
