ABSTRACT

First, non-contacting probe has high mobility that is easy to detect signal. Second, the DUT can reduce the pad for measuring point that decrease the spacing. Third, non-contact measurement can avoid the probe that makes the I/O pad cracks to bother the back-end packaging.
