ABSTRACT
Generally, conventional automotive lighting system mainly includes headlamp, side lamp, and fog lamp, which cannot function AFS feature because of high-cost production. AFS can provide appropriate illumination range in advance while a car is turning left or right, as shown in Figure 1. An AFS has to adopt actuators to perform prior lighting before car turning. However, actuator and its associated driver circuits and devices will lower the reliability of a vehicle (Li et al 2000).
