ABSTRACT

Because the output voltage provided by the solar cells is lower relatively, therefore, a boosttype converter is necessary for boosting its DC bus voltage to a higher level. (Chih-Lung Shen et al. 2013, Guan-Chyun Hsieh et al. 2013, WeiShih Liu et al. 2011, Chih-Lung Shen et al. 2012, Kuo-Ching Tseng et al. 2013) Generally, conventional boost-type converter merely depends on a high duty ratio or a high turns ratio to achieve the required high voltage gain, but these all seriously affect the stability of the converter and overall efficiency (Tsorng-Juu Liang et al. 2013, Xuefeng Hu et al. 2014, H.-L. Do 2011).
