Incorporating green management, the cable TV account management procedure can be improved, and can conform to the rapidly changing environment. Business competitiveness, mobility, decision-making power, resilience are all increased, and consumer’s needs are quickly satisfied, and operating performance and work effectiveness are enhanced, resource consumption is depleted and effectively allocated and utilized to maintain industrial competitiveness and continue the growing profit, and to gain public recognition, to establish a green company’s image, to reach the company’s goal of sustainable operation.
