ABSTRACT

However, only few researchers studied BFT complex perovskite materials.[2,7] The dielectric constant of BFT ceramics is consistent with CCTO and BFN, and its manufacturing process is too long via traditional solid-state reaction and it need to be sintered at high temperature. In this study, we investigated the effect of Na1+ doped on Ba(FeTa)0.5O3 by reaction-sintering process. The Na2O is used as a flux to reduce the sintering temperature of the complex prvoskite ceramics and to induce calence compensation to generate extra dipoles and increase the dielectric constant.
